COATING CONSULTANCY

Avlokan Services take over the professional inspection and monitoring of coating activities covering all stages from substrate preparation to final acceptance. Our qualified/ certified coating inspectors ensures that all relevant standards, specifications, and quality requirements are met.

Coating inspection service includes following activities:

• Inspection of surface preparation (e.g., degree of cleanliness, surface profile)
• Monitoring of climatic conditions before and during application
• Visual inspection for defects, pores, runs, adhesion problems, etc.
• Evaluation of execution according to ISO 12944, ISO 8501, DIN EN 13445, etc.
• Complete documentation of inspection results and deviations
• Supervision of intermediate and final acceptances
• Coordination with coating companies, quality assurance, and clients

Our inspectors hold internationally recognized qualifications such as AMPP NACE CIP Level 2 and bring the necessary experience to professionally and economically supervise even complex coating projects in compliance with standards.
