QA/QC SERVICES

It’s our primary objective to support our clients by taking over the professional monitoring of welding activities – compliance to applicable contract specifications, standards & regulations.

Avlokan Services can delivers high standard QA/QC services to support contractual quality deliverables, including:

• Preparation of Quality Management Plan
• Preparation of Work Procedures & Method Statement
• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans
• Preparation of Weld &/or Material Traceability
• Weld Repairs
• Witness of Pressure Test, Load Test & Pneumatic Test
• Review of NDT, Mechanical Testing & Heat Treatment Records
• Dimensional Verification
• Inspection of Pre-assembly & FAT
• Provide expert advice when quality issues arise during production impacting project delivery schedule
• Facilitate/ accompany Client for their QMS Internal Audit
• Non-Conformance Report (NCR) response and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• MDR Compilations and MDR Audits

Avlokan Services encourages it’s clients to compile MDR progressively throughout the construction process. If this isn’t, or was not, possible during the construction process, Avlokan Services Quality Representative have the capability and experience to facilitate and resolve issues to an acceptable level by the client, even at the completion of the contract.
